Lowy’s Frame The Future Program inaugural launch during spring 2013 is providing a 15-session after school visual arts program for children ages 7-12 who attend the after school program at Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center in Manhattan. The children served would otherwise have little or no opportunity to be engaged in high-quality visual arts programs.
